1.
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees
and immediate families of the promoter, their
relatives and anyone professionally involved in the
promotion. 2. The competition is only open to singers
of an amateur status. All participants must complete a
registration form. Entry to the competition is limited
to the number of places available. Selection will be
made on a first come first entered basis. Only one
entry per singer throughout the competition. 4. No
responsibility shall be accepted for incomplete or
illegible registration. 5. Singers will be judged
by a panel of judges on technical merit (vocal),
artistic impression (stage presence) and costume (when
stated). 6.
The judges' decision is final.
